Nexarion runs every hiring company through a multi-step verification process before granting the verified badge. Here is what that looks like.
Legal registration
We confirm the company is registered with the local business registry (Companies House, EDGAR, Handelsregister, etc.).
Domain ownership
Employer email must match the company's primary domain, validated via DNS or magic-link verification.
KYB & sanctions screening
Beneficial owners are checked against international sanctions and PEP lists.
Ongoing monitoring
Listings are continuously scored for fraud signals. Any spike triggers a re-review.
